  I contacted Just Fly via email prior to traveling to Rio and made arrangements to go hang gliding / paragliding during our Carnival tour package. Communications were excellent, answering all... read more my questions promptly. As a bonus along with all the fab reviews, Just Fly was also the most reasonably priced company we researched in Rio!

Unfortunately we were messed around by our tour group, who forced us to cancel with Just Fly as they kept changing the dates/times of our package tours during Carnival :-( so we didn't actually get to fly.

Note: there is a weight limit of around 100kgs to go hang gliding, depending on strength of the winds on the day. But paragliding is always a fantastic fall back :-)

  It is a polite customer service. However no where does it appear if you change flights as offered under manage flights, does it say basically you are buying new... read more ticket. Once you pay for new ticket-Just Fly disclaims responsibility for returning money for first ticket.Just Fly states call the airline you booked on.
When you call airlines they say to call Just Fly. It is a perfect Con to make more money.
